How to Make Rick Simpson Oil/Full Extract Cannabis Oil - The best medicine this amazing plant has to offer 👨🌾👨🏼🍳 1)Add cannabis to bucket and pour just enough alcohol (95 percent grain alcohol ) to barely cover cannabis. You will need about two gallons of solvent for a pound of cannabis.
2)Wash: Mix and mash together very well for 3-4 minutes. This “washes” the THC off the buds and into the solvent.
3)After doing this once you are going to pour out the solvent from the original wash and repeat step 2 with new solvent to remove the remaining THC.
4)Strain solvent from cannabis best way possible. I like to use my strainer from my magic butter but bubble bags work great as well, you just want to be sure to squeeze as much of the remaining solvent from the material as possible.
5)Pour and Strain with cheesecloth, removes any remaining unwanted material before cooking off solvent.
6)Pour solvent mix into slow cooker or rice cooker set on high. THIS NEXT INSTRUCTION IS INCREDIBLY IMPORTANT. THE FUMES ARE EXTREMELY FLAMMABLE SO PLEASE COOK OUTSIDE OR IF YOU MUST INSIDE BY AN OPEN WINDOW WITH FAN BLOWING AND NO OPEN FLAMES WHATSOEVER.
7)It should take almost a full day to cook off the solvent using a full pound of material and two gallons of solvent. Once oil is very dark in color and color and most of the solvent has been removed I pour into glass bowl, preheat my oven to 250 degrees and place oil to allow remaining solvent to cook off. This should take about 30 minutes to an hour and you will know the oil is finished and solvent is all cooked off once the bubbles mostly settle. Now it is ready.
8)Fill syringes: you want to be sure to do this immediately when pulling from oven since the oil cools very quickly and you won’t be able to collect it if you wait long at all.
